And I think that that came with a lot of its own challenges because it was a bit, I don't want to say late, but it kind of was late.
Like, I think there was a period of my life where it was the trauma was so raw and all I wanted to do was talk about it.
Then when you have to, like, survive and go through, like, all of these things, you reach a point where now all of your walls are up.
where now you're like triggers look different.
You're an adult now.
You're dealing with different things.
You're dealing with like different components.
It's not just the war anymore.
It's everything around it.
It's who you had to become because of the trauma.
And then so going to therapy and going through like different kinds of therapy and like having the trust and even talking about what happened and how that impacted me.
