And I'm still in therapy and I love therapy.
my favorite my favorite thing yeah yeah I'm one of those people too like I love it you want me to talk about me for now okay exactly I was like oh let's do it sometimes twice a week I'm like yeah let's do it but I say like I'm working through a lot of things like I'm working through like just even whether it's like managing my triggers like some of these don't go away yeah
Some things just like will trigger you out of nowhere and you just have to like learn how to like manage that within your body as well.
Whether it's like family stuff or community or whether it's also like about being queer and with all the intersectionality.
I could check out all the DEI boxes.
It's a lot to navigate and like it's not a linear process, I think.
And that's what is a misconception about therapy.
It's like, oh, why aren't you better?
You saw the same thing?
I think I was recently on a work trip.
I worked with some children there, got to meet a lot of people there.
And sometimes, you know, in these like environments, like you see kids and you're like, oh, I was just your age.
But then you're also there as like a professional and you're working.
And then I was like kind of having those two hats and hearing other people's stories.
I don't know, reconciling these two things that you were once the kid and now you're in this position.
But I would say one of the biggest things I'm working on in therapy is just like learning how to live.
Like how do I get out of survival mode and just like learn how to live?
At one of the conferences I was at, there was a speaker who was like incredible.
