I mean, I uh obviously we don't have to let it get to that to that place.

But I I become very overwhelmed.

Um it's funny when you were talking about I've been on here for a while listening to you.

Um I I was when you were talking about free.

Freeze, which I've I've been an actual freeze many times before and kind of lived to that.

a very big part of my life, an actual freeze where like I couldn't mobilize off the couch.

Um, but and I don't feel like I'm in freeze, but I actually went to look up as you were talking, I was like, who are

I'm like, what are the actual signs of freeze?

And I found something that said functional freeze, which was really interesting.

And one of the signs is um of being overwhelmed on the inside, but still functioning on the outside.

And I was like, oh, that's exactly where I'm at.

I'm in functional freeze right now.

Um, I just had a lot going on.

We just my godmother passed away and uh in the midst of touring and filming a TV show in Nashville.

Like I've been um I've had to deal with grief and uh you know that kind of like sent me over the edge.

So it's also the end of the year.

I'm tired.

I'm just tired.

I'm I'm done.

I'm over it.
