Um and bench bench watch the TV show.

Yeah, that's um, I I think it's for me, I've noticed my body gets like super tight.

Uh I start to get really achy.

I start to get um really just uh no energy, even though I know I I know I've slept.

Yeah.

I mean, I've recently been sleeping really well, um, which

is amazing, but at the same time when I know I've slept really well and I'm still exhausted.

You know, I know that also hormonal, there's so many components to that.

So it's not just necessarily all nervous system, but yeah, um right now I definitely know my nervous my nervous system is in I've been in fight or flight for uh for at least you know several weeks now.

So I I think something you said is

Uh well I have I I have a gazillion tools at my disposal.

I'm very fortunate.

Um, you know, I I think it's it takes a moment.

I I'm I'm in such an interesting position because I'm I travel all the time.

And as soon as I like for instance, I just got home last night at midnight and I'm here for literally 48 hours and then I leave again.

So I don't really ever have a chance to completely land a lot of the time.
