Uh like you're saying, but it would be so hard and like heavy without those things.

And I also found it really interesting with your book because we've and we've touched upon this too.

It's like, okay, well, you want your brain, you know, to switch over into this whole other realm of life.

And um, am I am I blunting it with, you know, am I stopping that process with HRT?

Well, I'm I'm okay doing that right now.

I'm uh where my life is, I'm okay using HRT, you know, fully at this moment.

And so I yeah, I was on birth control for 15, 17 years, something along those lines.

Um, where I I would have really heavy periods in my my my vocal cords would swell and I would end up at the hospital like before a show.

And so my gynecologist put me on um continuous birth control.

And so I didn't have a period for like 17 years, something along those lines.

And uh around 30.

Yeah.

seven, thirty eight, I s uh one night at a show, I had started to bleed and I was like, you know, I'm in the just see what happens.

And so I got off of birth control, just took myself off of it.

And um I

It was right before COVID.

And uh which is insane.

I had never stopped touring until that time.
