Uh so I stopped touring and went off of birth control.

My hormones were insane.

Um, thank God my husband is a saint.

Um, so and then I found your book and we started working together.

And that's when we started to clean up my life and you started to teach me about my cycle.

All the things I did not know, I'm almost a 40-year-old woman, had no idea.

Um, so I, you know, we detox is a huge.

Huge piece of it.

And teaching me to eat for my cycle, um, which was helpful.

But at some point, I think because of

uh not having a period for that long.

Um it was just okay, we need to introduce some form of hormone here.

And um and it has been very, very helpful.

Um I am a yeah, I'm I've I've become it's not like I felt like I was like this for a while.

And now this is like I have days, but it's they're much they're much less like peaks and valleys.

It's a little smoother.
