All of a sudden think that they're less than and that there's something wrong with them and that they don't look like that.

Well just I mean, trust me, if I have things done, eventually I might.

And so and I'm I'm not opposed to it.

I have not, I haven't put anything in my face.

I don't do Botox, I don't do filler.

Um, but I I do take care of myself.

And eventually, maybe one day down the road, if I do have something done, trust me, I'll be the first one to tell you that I had it done.

It's ridiculous.

I think that's such things.

Even down to, you know, talking about the things that I do.

I know we've, you know, I went into Next Health and did TPE and I do eBook.

These things cost money.

They're not cheap.

And so when I talk about these things, I'm very aware that like, yes, these things have helped me, but not everybody has the access to this.

So that's right.

You know, even with even with health, health, I I'm very aware of that.

And I also, but I also I want to be honest.

honest about what I'm doing and what's helping.

So yeah, it's a it's a fine line.
