And everybody on the plane was like, What the hell is she doing?
Um yeah.
I mean, it's Arcadian rhythm.
Um look, I'll be really honest.
Um, there were times I had to just drag myself to sleep um because it I knew that if I if I could um get the sleep that I needed, then I could allow my body to adjust.
So it's not like I love when people are like, Oh, it's
just so easy to like adjust with these glasses.
And I'm like, no, that was one part of the deal.
But you know, I had to, I had, I had medicine with me when I needed to to take it to be able to sleep.
Um so there's it's not just like it's it's not just all the like biohacking stuff.
So there
Um, I know they're the old ones were massive.
I also um there there's some new ones that I've they're called AYO that um I've found that are supposed to be um because I was looking at ways to raise my dopamine in the morning.
And um and uh this um these glasses, the the the wavelength of uh of light um is supposed to be better at raising dopamine and the re timer.
glasses were better for um adjusting to like to different time zones.
