you know, writing and doing whatever else creatively that comes to mind.

But I do know there are limits.

And that's, I think, one of the hardest things to admit.

And I, as we're sitting here talking, I feel like it's this therapy for me.

Because I really do.

Because I recognize some of this anger that we'll get into that's really been showing up for me is...

when I have to override, when I'm exhausted and I, I know better, like I know better and I, but I'm still doing it.

And I think, and we're getting there.

I mean, I look, when I, I come home, I do rest.

I mean, there's no, like I used to have a really hard time just laying on the couch and not doing anything.

And now I love laying on the couch and watching a TV show.

Like I'm okay with that.

So yeah.

we've we've made that's a step big strides yeah that's huge in resting um yeah but but i also have to say like i've we there's also been other parts of my health that have really played into i'm tired um you know my mitochondrial health we've i've been working on um and my gut health that i think was really really really bad at the

having a few other pieces of the puzzle has allowed me to really help my body

in other ways where you know where hormones may be fighting against me now i have i have a little bit of control over here with right you know with some some other places where i can make some strides and i think that's been helping my energy too so i am i feel i actually uh the crazy conundrum and weird like dichotomy this whole thing is i actually don't feel bad i feel from a physical level or from a mental level from a physical level yeah i actually have more energy yeah recently
