Even though the hormone situation is just up and down, you know?

But I also, like you said, I also do know how to rest, but though there are times when I just know my schedule is my schedule.

And when I've been doing it the way I've been doing it for so long, it's so hard to change, even though...

you know, look, I did 500 shows in the first three and a half years of my career.

So we'd be lucky to hit 60 now.

So it has changed.

Like things have changed.

yeah um it's hard that's really really hard um to have to cancel things i feel gutted and just to disappoint people um but when you're not well you're not well i mean there's just there's no way around it and so yeah um i have

I think it's a really hard one for me to come to terms with, although I am very aware of it.

Like I'm very aware and I do things differently and you know, I have, I have great people around me who I have a wonderful manager and Daryl who, who, you know, who is like, um, and age and agents that really put people's health before, you know, before work and business and touring.

And, um,

And I, I think having the right people to be able to verbalize, this is how, you know, this is how I'm feeling and really be authentic and honest and, and have them support you is, is really important.

I mean, I just did it with Eddie the other night.

I just said, I don't have the capacity I have anymore, like used to have anymore.

Like my capacity is, is dwindling and I feel like I'm doing more than ever.

now because I'm also on top of you know when I travel like I have a health bag that every there's so when you get older like all of a sudden you need more things and I'm like and I I've been I've been dealing with acid reflux so I've been like I literally carry everything with me from coffee to you know humidifiers to pillows to like all the things and I feel like I'm having I can't just like delegate
