Yeah, but I do think one of the biggest things is verbalizing.

And then, you know, I mean, for me, there's all the tools of um, you know, you talk about

you know, talk about light, like using I have these AYO light glasses that I use all the time, like to regulate my you know, regulate my sleep.

And then I I I get into hyperbaric.

I use oxygen a lot, like I use IVs a lot.

I use peptides.

Like there are so many things externally that I use.

So don't don't get it don't get twisted.

There's like a gazillion other things um in my toolbox that I you know meditation and

um massage and you know like I I found I found the things that work for me and um I definitely heavily leaned into them when I need to.
