Yes, it does.
Cause sometimes the things that worked yesterday aren't gonna work today.
That's right.
And so um and I also find
I it's a fine line because I can I'm one of those people that I'm like, I have all these tools and I need to get them all done today because I need to take care of myself because I have forty eight hours to actually like recover.
Um, so sometimes that can also add more stress.
Um, but I've I've found that um, you know, I I try to lean into the joy of that and the and the gratitude of like, oh, I have all these things at my disposal disposal.
What's gonna make me feel good?
Um, what's gonna support me?
And if I look at it that way instead of like, oh God, I have all these things that I need to do right now because I have to recover, it's like, oh, what is what is what does my body need?
What's gonna make me, what's gonna bring me some joy?
Um and I I really do in I do enjoy taking care of myself because it ultimately my future self it makes me feel better.
So I actually find a lot of joy in the process of of of health.
That makes me feel better.
And ease.
I mean, I, you know, sometimes I'll go like just to use the show for instance.
Sometimes I've done three shows in a row and I'm like, I'm gonna cut two songs off my show tonight because I'm gonna still walk on stage, but I I don't have every and I'm not r running at a hundred percent tonight.
So I'm gonna still show up.
But then also, how can I show up authentically?
So, like when I walk out, you know, I've I've said sometimes I'm I'm not I'm exhausted.
