I've literally said that on stage.

So I need you guys to like give me some I need your energy tonight.

Like it just being just having that conversation.

Um, I know we'll get into this, but you talk about like what I was as a kid, so much of

me as a kid was perfection.

And so, you know, to to unwind that and to show up like, oh my for instance, I my hair's four days old today.

So I stuck a hat on.

I was gonna show up in sweats, but I actually like just bought this hat.

So I'm like, I'm gonna wear hat, I'm gonna wear this hat today.

So um I uh yeah, I I I think like

So um

really letting things like not be perfect and and especially I think it's so refreshing um when someone in my position is constantly like

you know, every everybody in my position, most of the time, it is rare to find someone who will show up imperfectly.

Um, because we all want, you know, people to think that we are all so polished and pretty and right and happy and everything's great.

And I'm like, no, no, I've I did that as a kid and I'm so over it.

Like it's just it's so freeing.

And like you're saying, you give other women, other people permission.

To show up differently.

No, and I um well luckily so I was I was on stage and I have a bridge in the front.

Um I I went through this long story, but I've been through 40 dental surgeries in the last like 12 years.
