Because now when it doesn't work, well, listen, you did what you told me to do.

So we want people capable of taking it across the finish line.

And the other thing I don't like is when people say, oh, just delegate.

You're just not delegating.

You need to stop it.

It's like we have this team.

They need to prove that we can delegate to them.

So I'm a big fan of earned decision rights and earned autonomy over time.

You know, even I had an example of a gentleman walked in and wanted to buy a machine for the machine shop, one of my previous businesses.

And it was a million bucks.

And he walked in, I want to do this.

And I said, why are you in my office?

You have earned the decision-making rights up to just over a million bucks.

You don't need to be here.

You just wasted walking all the way down here in the building to talk to me.

So there are others that you need to get approval on a dollar.

You can't spend anything until we know that you can be really smart with our money and you have an ROI mindset and how you're using it.

But we develop everybody that way.
