And if we've been developing them correctly, they're not gonna be ridiculously defensive, and I can't believe you're questioning it.
They're gonna be reflective and say, you know, really missed this one big piece when we started the project.
Never doing that again.
This is what I learned.
This is how we're gonna get back on track.
I think that's the right environment, not the CEO in the middle of everything.
And I know a couple of CEOs right now that I'm actually working with, they believe when somebody isn't getting great results, it's something the CEO didn't do.
It's like, well, how long has this person been there?
Oh, like nine years.
Like, okay, we need to start thinking about building a stronger team or being more intentional around, you know, developing the people that we have.
Yeah, I agree.
Again, we should have leaders that can hold up their part of the business.
And when they do that, you and I can more effectively, another term, like all these business virtue signaling terms out there work on the business, not in the business.
What does that really mean?
But we want leaders that are holding up their part of the business and then we can step back and we're sort of navigating all of that and making sure they're all in balance.
We get a view that they don't get.
