You've got the team.

You've got customers.

Yeah, I've got more resources.

I can get a better launch.

But it's still...

going to be hard and it's going to take a while and there's going to be things that you go through.

So it's really managing expectations, understanding that you're going to have to go through it.

And also that, you know, what you intellectually understand about the process, how much time it's going to take and how challenging it's going to be.

It's going to feel way worse than that at times.

Understand that too.

But if you don't value struggle,

I think that's gonna be a challenge for anyone.

What's the right balance of struggle for you?

Anybody listening?

For me, I have a mix of I'm comfortable doing this, or you talk about the easy mode.

But I've got kind of a mix of where I'm in flow because I'm really good at this, but I'm still improving, and then brand new stuff that's really hard that I'm going through.

And I've got a couple of projects right now, company-type projects that I'm involved with, complete ridiculous hot messes.

Yay, I've got a skill here.

But if I tried to do it even 10 years ago, what I'm doing today, it probably would have melted me down emotionally.

And in fact, I've heard you touch on this too.
