And there's three categories in how I think about it within a role.

When you get hired for this position, it's an accountant, it's an engineer, it's a marketing person, it's sales, it's production, whatever it is.

In this role, these are the one to maximum three outcomes that you're going to be held accountable to.

This is how you create value.

And preferably it's just one.

You may measure a number of things, but it's all subordinate to the one.

And as long as you do that, things are great.

And if it falls below this line, it's not gonna work.

Now we know exactly where we stand regarding performance 100% of the time, real time.

We should know that.

So that's the first category.

The outcomes are held accountable to.

Then the second category is a list of capabilities they need to have in order to have a really good shot at hitting those outcomes.

And that becomes their training program.

We're constantly developing and training them.

And then the third category, just general job duties.

Hey, when you, you know, clock in in the morning or you come into the office, these are the three things we just do.

Like, you know, stuff we just do as part of just general duties.

So outcomes, capabilities, and duties for every single role.

And that's actually a lot more exciting for somebody, I think, getting a job if we're hiring for this particular position, let's just say as an engineer.
