and you need to have all this experience, these degrees, whatever it happens to be, and it just kind of goes so you're gonna be working with other engineers, it's got like a little job description.
But if it said we're hiring engineers, and here's exactly how we measure the value your role is designed to create, and we measure it this way, and these are the capabilities you need, and here's some basic job duties, now I'm super clear.

this is what I'm going to do.
A hundred percent.
And you know, you're doing it right.
When people, we've created this environment where people are starting to act like the CEO of their own role, which is what you're describing.
And I love doing this and they're constantly creating more and more value.

And I've had in the past, I got one example, a gentleman came in as a sales person.
This is probably when I was employee.
I maybe had 60, 70 employees in this company that grew to over 500.
And he sold a million dollars his first year in aviation aftermarket business.
Great.
We repaired and overhauled aircraft parts.
And he'd never done that before in his previous jobs.
And he's like, this is incredible.
It doesn't get better than this.
I just wait for it.
So fast forward another 16 years or so when I sold the business in 2016, he was responsible for about $40 million a year in sales.
