So that's 40x what he was, you know, 15, 16 years earlier.
And it was just constantly developing.
How do you think about sales?
Are we going after individual parts or groups of parts?
Are we going after assemblies?
Are we taking over maintenance jobs?
shops for airlines, and then we become an extension and all of that work off the aircraft come to us.
And it was just this evolutionary thing.
So there's nothing that that prevents every single role from growing the value it creates over time.
And if they reach sort of a limit in this one area of the business, they've created so much value, then they go to the next area and create more and more.
So if an employee ever said, I want to make a million dollars a year,
We shouldn't laugh.
We should ask the question, what do you think it would take for you to do that?
Because most employees, they don't think if I'm paid $60,000 a year, $100,000 a year, $180,000 a year, I need to generate at least 20%, maybe 30% or 50% more value than that to justify this position.
they don't connect those dots, they just don't.
So if somebody says, I wanna make this, well, let's do the math.
What would it take for you to do that?
And I'm all for you doing it, but we need to come up with something that's win-win across the board for the company and you, and it's equitable for all team members in the organization.
There's a lot of versions of it.
