Now you have different types of landlords. voice-verified

You'll have a landlord that's completely sympathetic, uh, which I would say is a large chunk of the uh landlords that will go and get that issue fixed as if it was their own home. voice-verified

They understand that you need hot water, that you need heating, um, and they try and get it fixed as quickly as possible. voice-verified

Get um the occasional bad egg of a landlord that will keep kicking the can down the road and before you know it you've gone a couple of weeks without a working boiler. voice-verified

Um and that is very much, I would say, the exception rather than the norm. voice-verified

And what this does is it makes all of the really good, legitimate landlords feel kind of victimised and being clubbed in with the occasional bad egg that's not getting things sorted. voice-verified

And the idea is for tenants to be able to make a kind of informed decision whether the property that they're going to let out is run uh and has a landlord that is a good landlord. voice-verified

As I say, I understand the logic, um, but I can also understand uh if I was a landlord why I'd be a little bit upset by this. voice-verified

I should point out here as well that uh my seven year old daughter Brick and I occasionally buy some trading cards, very occasionally, usually like football cards. voice-verified

And my nephew, who's ten, is bang into Pokemon and football cars and things, so she wants to she wants that kind of connection with him. voice-verified

We had a few nights in London and I'd been to the Topps Fanatics store, which is in Regent Street, a few times before with friends and stuff. voice-verified
