And the Patek is next, an annual Canada watch, Β£54,000.
Not my cup of tea, it must be said, looking at the watch.
The prices of some examples are up 18% in a year.
And very finally, we have a Grubel Forsey Handmade 1.
Are you bracing yourself here, Georgie?
Β£725,000 is worn on the wrist of Mark Zuckerberg.
That's a reason not to have it, isn't it?
Each watch takes 6,000 hours to make.
It produces just two or three of these ultra-rare timepieces a year.
They're very, very, very, very, very, very unlikely that anyone listening on this podcast is ever going to get one of these watches.
If you do have one, please let me know.
But I tell you what I do like, Georgia.
I do like getting my swatch and I do also like looking at local auctions because you can actually snag some really good bargains at local auctions.
They use Salroom and it links up all auction rooms across the country.
And there's a couple of auction houses that are close to my house and they quite often have watches on there and they have some really cool and really nice vintage watches, including Rolex.
But they do do some other makes that are really nice and worth looking out for.
If you're looking for something a bit vintage or something a little bit different,
a very good place to take a look but fundamentally if you're tempted into buying a watch for investment purposes just make sure you buy something you like the look of and yeah and that's why i think you should always treat anything like this as long as you like the look of it and you're happy with it and you don't expect it to grow in value then you're golden lee's tip of the week and you can't use the one you've just used there lee
My tip of the week is if you're looking to sell your home at the moment and you've got gnomes, make sure those gnomes are tucked away somewhere because there was some data out this week suggesting that a good, well-maintained garden and practical garden adds 5% to 20% of value to a home, which could be quite a bit.
But one thing, I'm going to say this word, Georgian, I'm really, really sorry.
