the T's and C's, as of anything, any big financial commitment or big product or uh something that you're having done to your house and ensuring that a company isn't going to wheedle out of something because they've put buried somewhere in terms of conditions that actually this is exactly what this product should be doing.
And we should point out here as well that there is quite a lot of pressure um on, you know, households and companies um pushing heat pumps because the

Um you know basically that's the green element of them.
Um eleven and a half thousand pounds, seven and a half thousand pounds of that was covered by a grant uh from the government's boiler up grade scheme.
So they've put in four grand into this.
a significant sum, but a huge part of that is being uh funded by a scheme.
And again, that might be sharpening people's minds and focus rightly or wrongly, uh, to be pressurized into thinking that they've got to get one of these pretty soon because if that scheme ends, I think it's gonna be a very tough sale tough sale to get people to fork out eleven and a half grand.

And that might be rushing decisions.
