And so I think a lot of people, when they're talking about motivation, what it really is, is that they lack responsibility.

If you are responsible, I am responsible for all of the people that work at my company.

I am responsible for all of the companies that are in my portfolio.

I am responsible for an audience that supports me.

That's what I think in my mind.

So am I going to take the selfish action of doing the thing I want to do?

Or am I going to take the action of doing the thing that's better for all of them?

And I think that what a lot of people do is they avoid responsibility, which then decreases motivation.

You don't feel like doing something when you don't have a big enough reason.

Create enough reasons, which is usually people, and you have more motivation to do things.

So it's not that I feel motivation every day, but I have a responsibility to the people whose lives I have influence over.

And so every day when I wake up and I have to make the decision, am I going to do this?

Not going to do this.

I'm going to do that or not going to do that.

That's what I'm thinking with.

And so I think that for those people who are asking, you know, I just don't have the motivation.

take on more responsibility.

You won't even have time to think about how you feel because you've just got to do it because you're responsible for other people.

And I think that we live in a day and age where people lack responsibility.
