Clay Harbor was in here last week and said he's concerned about his durability after undergoing that ACL tear.
And his long-term outlook.
So when you consider all of this, I appreciate the fact that he was okay with owning up to it.
But at the same time, now the question becomes, what are you going to do about it?
And I don't think all the pressure should be applied to Shamar Turner.
I don't think putting a relative rookie in that position is okay.
If it's quarterback, it's a different thing.
But in this case, he can't make good for all of the miscues on the defensive line or the lack of production.
We're still trying to figure out what we want to see in Austin Booker, who did make, I think, some really big strides.
Well, and that's it.
And there is a ton of room for growth for Shamar Turner.
But at the same time, we have to figure out what his role is going to be first.
I still think the draft is next week.
