Okay, what would happen if you took that gray matter out that you're talking about that's very slimy and you put it up here on your desk and you talk with it?

And what question would you ask?

So then you're acting out into a role play between what you didn't know you were feeling here and getting to know it.

And then you would say, well, then have that glob, that gray glob answer you.

What does that gray glob want to say?

And then eventually you begin to accept it.

That's part of me.

That's part of my projection.

And it happened to me several times in my life where I had a great awareness because of that.

As I was practicing Gestalt, I was learning it.

And I really feel that when I'm with a client, that if I don't learn anything, if there's no change going on in me, then there's no healing.
