Oddly, because we're used to that being a, you know, something in a formal system and we have universal healthcare, right?

Um, but the but the interesting thing to me, I was just looking at this a week or two ago, even with those massively successful uh wellness products, and I'm talking about things like Calm and Headspace and Mindfulness Space and things like that, that have massive turnovers, those companies are still running at a loss.

at their at a loss because two reasons.

Their cost of cost their cost of customer acquisition is so high.

So they work on this model that they lose money buying customers.

But then they also have to

budget on keeping you on their product for a long time.

So their business becomes about addicting you to their product, not about delivering a health outcome.

Now with many of the products we see built on Cognus, success is when the when the patient doesn't need the product anymore.

If they don't have the product in two weeks, fantastic, right?

Better.

Mission accomplished.

Yeah, exactly.

So so the last thing you want as the creator of a product to be is to have to think how am I gonna get these people to subscribe and keep paying every month.

It's it's not the right way to be thinking about healthcare.

Yeah, I mean I think for this class of pro products, it actually doesn't it it actually doesn't work.

So where I've seen the shadow IT type of thing work would be say with scribe products and things like that, where it's easy to

Explain to a doctor the benefit that they're going to see straight away.

And you know, often they have premium plans where I can just adopt these things and start using them.

And then it's like, okay, once we've got a few people using it, we'll go and talk to the the trust or HD or whatever about we need to be doing this properly.
