and for Nahiran and everyone and for your little girls is there anything else you want to say or anything like that a message for anyone in just listening or anything like that definitely still get your smears I don't want anyone to take from this like the smears won't work and you know the HPV the vaccine my girls will be absolutely getting it so like it's such an avoidable cancer and there's so much we can do to not be in this position just trust the process in that way too but trust our instinct as well like
