beauty of a broker is too that they bring you a they bring you a ready pipeline of lead.
They typically have you know they get an enormous amount of leads over time and so they're bringing those leads to you.
Um, you're you're potentially one of you know
a hundred of their
concepts that they work with.
It's usually, you know, around the probably forty five to a hundred range I would say is is where they're at.
And some smaller brokers only work with a handful of people, some broker networks would work with more.
Um but but they're bringing you a ready pipeline of leads.
And so for a small startup or emerging franchise order, and even for some established franchise owers, that lead pipeline is is incredibly expensive to create.
Um and so the broker brings that to you automatically.
And that's another th that's probably another one of the best benefits of a broker network.
Right.
And I think picking a broker is a lot like picking the right franchisee for your system.
So I mean that you take the step back and and you think about first what's right for you and what are your goals and and if you're looking to expand in, you know, one section of the country ge geographically, then look for the brokers that service that area.
