I go, that doesn't work for me.

If all you have to do is just say, I really appreciate this.

And there's, there's something that's been on my heart that I want to talk about.

I said, maybe I'm messed up because I'm having that request, but it's going to make me a better human.

It's going to make me a better partner.

Yeah.

Because you have to understand in my mind all day, I'm thinking about how to make your life better and I'm acting in accordance and I'm committing my life to you.

I'm eliminating every other option in the world to focus on you.

And to create a life that we envision together.

And all I ask in return is you don't get angry, upset, or raise your voice at me.

Just talk to me.

You can be upset.

Right.

But just tell me one thing you appreciate first so that I feel seen for the constant effort that I'm putting in.

Versus just, I don't like you did this.
