Hi, my name is Stephanie Burns, and I live at 737 North South Lake.
I was a construction manager in San Francisco, Bay Area, San Francisco, Los Angeles, all over.
And everybody in construction knows that when GIS first came out, it was glitchy as hell.
And maps often had boundaries in odd locations.
And there would be no reason to question this one because the summit was sitting there
The community center was sitting there, so there's no reason to actually go back and look at it.
I think it's absurd to think that the summit was actually built on open space.
The Harry Berry Park was built on the community center.
And the community center was built on a high rise density space.
And the thing is that this land was set aside as a mitigation against high rise density.
And I think to use it for high rise density is pretty much a slap in the face to the people of Hollywood, of Broward County, and the whole barrier island.

I just want to clarify.
What's in question is the half, the line, the half of the street.

And I heard what Mayor Castillo and Council Member Horman have said, as well as my other colleagues, which I do agree with as far as making that final decision here.
And one reason I think it needs to be made clear, very clear, because we never know years down the road an owner of
whatever that piece is actually owned by, it will be discovered.
