But in front of the right eyes, the right body that they say this is above our pay grade, in front of those people that are able to make the determination for where this property is, where the boundaries are.

I just want to make sure that going forward it's all cleared up.
And there's nothing like making sure we have clarity.
Because why not, if we can, get the clarity that we need so that it can prevent any issues going forward.
Because right now, to be honest, I'm dealing with things that happened from an old map years ago.
from home owners where this property is owned by the city, but they're arguing saying, no, they own it.
But when you dig up these old maps, prior owners went and did a whole bunch of changing.
And I just think right now it's best to get the clarification to prevent any fuzziness going forward.
No, I just want to err on the side of making sure we have clarity on where the boundaries are and make sure that there's no issues going down, going forward.
Obviously, if staff saw that there was some type of error, I think it just needs to be confirmed.

It seems like it was a back and forth.
which to me indicates you are willing to work with the residents on what the needs are as well as what they want their neighborhood to look like.
So I thank you for that.
But I also want to just ask a question regarding I know there's concern about environmental risk.
