Where Scherzer catches up and they're even.

And so, you know, one inning, Scherzer is ahead of Verlander, and then the next inning, Verlander catches him or goes ahead, and it's just like this until uh both of their arms fall off and we all stand and applaud.

And uh Yeah, man, that would be so cool.

Uh and Verlander's another one of those guys that is also in a different way.

There is a rule that I will admit I didn't know about if that

Person on second base is your pitcher.

The manager has the option to not use the pitcher and to do the batter before.

So, you know, in that case, like the number seven hitter would be on second base with the number nine hitter up.

So uh we don't have pitchers hitting that often in baseball anymore.

We have the universal DH, but Warren Schaefer, manager of the Rockies, found a little loophole and he did a double switch.

He did it twice and it didn't work out in this in the 10th inning, but it did work out in the 11th inning.
