You know, it's it's slow progress.

The back story being that I fractured my C7 spinous process in my neck in January.

So working through nerve pain and trying to just get back to feeling normal.

But they they said I will eventually.

And yeah.

I also fractured my top rib, so I've got the Aaron Judge injury.

We're basically the same, him and I. Yeah, I've always said that.

That's fascinating.

I wonder, I mean, pitches are also coming in faster, so you have less time to react.

But I would have thought it would be like that beanball era of the 70s and 80s when it was happening on purpose more often.

But yeah, that's interesting.

My initial thought is that there's probably some metric that says that pitching inside is the most effective way to go and probably also a metric that says that getting on base is...

Yeah, I mean, you're not wrong.

I looked this up just sort of since the middle of June, right?

So that gives you a reasonable sample size and kind of, you know, how are things going lately?

The Blue Jays, and I know batting average is not the be all end all, but it serves this purpose.

Their highest batting average since the middle of June is Ernie Clement.

It's 278, which is not bad.

But, you know, you would expect over – it's also not a huge sample size.

You'd expect somebody would get hot.
