And you know what I really don't like, Blake, is that the way that I'm answering these questions today makes it seem like I'm just like a Yankees fan, and I want to just be like, yay, Yankees, boo, Red Sox.

I grew up, as you mentioned, in Texas.

The Yankees beat the Rangers a lot in the playoffs.

I grew up hating the Yankees so much, so much so that I liked the Red Sox because they hated the Yankees so much.

Uh, but yeah, it, that was my teenage angst.

And in retrospect, like, yeah, that's kind of Red Sox nation.

They do operate on angst.

So, um, no, I mean, jokes aside, no, it's not good.

It's there.

They have not made very many good moves.

I think Breslau probably needs to update that resume.

I would assume in the next year or two, if not sooner, it, everything that

they have hoped would go one way has just really not gone that way.

And, you know, I thought the rotation was going to be brilliant this year.

Brian Baio's in AAA right now.

And there's that drama of, well, you know, sort of confronting the reporters going, no, I'm a starting pitcher.

And you look at the numbers and it's like, well, when you've had an opener, you've had an 071 ERA over the last few starts.

But the Red Sox, instead of just going, no, you're going to have an opener so we can have this baller, bulk pitcher on our team, they're like, we're going to send you to AAA because we don't need a top-of-the-line Brian Bale right now.
