interest and value of standards and of uh how to coach and how to go about things and what a player can and cannot take in terms of coaching and how they handle coaching right and how they receive information how they best learn i mean those are um really important conversations when it comes to um some of the information that we're gathering and um look you you
try to gain as much, but also not try to make too many phone calls that you're maybe muddying the waters.
But I think some of those guys that you're really close with, like John and Brad White, for instance, at Florida last week or two weeks ago, whatever it was, yeah, you're able to have some real conversations and get real intel that way.

Yeah, it's a lot different, I'll say.
This is probably the first offseason Ashley and I and the family has had in roughly five to six years.
So to have a little bit of a schedule or routine, some stability that involves pouring into football when at the office and with the coaching staff, but also having an opportunity to be a husband, be a father and be able to spend some time with the family at nights is,
It's definitely nice to have, to have some consistency throughout an offseason without moving and restarting and picking up and being apart from your family.
It's been great to have so far.

I mean, there's no question in my mind that's been the challenge to the coaching staff, to our department staffs at the building.
The message has been, and when the players get in here, the message will be, how do we improve?
How do we get better with less time together?
