Yeah, I think I think, you know, uh you know, people have heard me say this many times, but I'm probably the most boringly consistent human being in the world and we're the most the most boringly consistent football club.

You know, we're we're never too high, never too low, never get ahead of ourselves.

The way that our demeanour is is is all you know results based, um, I I think you can end up in a lot of trouble.

And and if I may say so.

I think you look at a lot of football clubs in the past that have ended up with long-term and systemic kind of issues, it's because you know, their ability to kind of flip-flop between philosophies and strategies or to abandon principles quite, quite quickly.

I think the one thing that we and many other football clubs I think have done it brilliantly, you know, Brentford, I think, are a phenomenal.

phenomenal example of that.

Brighton are a great example of that is, you know, you you really beat up a strategy in its design and then you live by that and you commit to it, you know, wholly and and almost unconditionally.

Now that's not saying you don't reflect and review, but

you know, as as needed will know from a a playing point of view, you know, if you have a manager that, you know, one minute is is playing a certain style, the next minute is playing another, you know, that the y you lack belief and confidence in leadership in terms of of what you're trying to achieve.

So I think i if you were to say what has been the singular biggest success at Lincoln City it's probably been how boringly consistent that we've been.

Yeah, no, like uh you know, really clearly we want to be an established, uh, innovative and and well respected championship football club.

Um, now we understand that you can't take that uh, you know, as as one step forward and that mission has been the same mission since the days that we entered, you know, the EFL and in League Two.
