And I think I had a question earlier is my understanding is the way there is a cap in the sales tax and some cities have increased that to the cap.

For example, the Milpitas and San Jose and the Kimball.

And my understanding is VTA has proposed to likely put a ballot major on the 2026 November ballot.

So in case they put such a ballot major, that could potentially take us to the cap

where Cupertino will be paying 2.5% extra than the other cities who have already raised the sales tax to the cap.

I don't quite understand that.

So could you explain why if we don't take the money, other people will get it?

So if we, I think we have been talking about this for a few years and we have been, we don't want to increase tax.

So we have been waiting, postponing this.

So, but that means in case VTA does pass a major, they would,

San Jose won't be paying more, but we will be paying that quarter, send extra for all the sales tax, and it might be used to build some transportation infrastructure in San Jose.
