Atlanta Airport General Manager Ricky Smith says the lines have calmed down compared to what they were last weekend.
But TSA workers are still calling out of work at high rates.
And Smith says Saturday and Sunday lines are unpredictable as more spring break travel kicks in.

DHS recently bought an empty warehouse and plans to house up to 10,000 immigrant detainees there by the end of fiscal year 2026.
But Social Circle, about an hour east of Atlanta, is pushing back.
The city reports its wastewater treatment plant is operating at capacity and the other plants DHS plans to use are not.

Social Circle is a Republican stronghold.
