And it's quite nice that we do different events.

So she runs the 400 meters flat, whereas I run the 400 meters hurdles.

But then we do come together in the 4x4 relay, which is where our Olympic medal is from.

So when we're training together, we use each other.

So I know my sister's slightly faster.

I'm better at the endurance stuff.

So we push each other.

And if she comes near me in an endurance run, I'm like, no way, go away.

This is my thing.

Like you can't beat me.

Whereas when she does a speed session, I'm next to her.

Like she doesn't let me beat her.

So we call it friendly fire.

It's healthy competitiveness.

It really is.

And I'm so thankful.

And I've got carbon copy to use.

So it's like, right, she's that fast.

I should be that fast, clearly, because we've got the same genes.

So it's an advantage that we both know we have and we use it to the best that we can.
