And quality of your work and integrity of your work is really, really important.

So, of course, if you're a little bit of a perfectionist, it really feeds that.

That training feeds your perfectionism.

Yeah, and it is about turning the volume up and down so that it's contextual.

In the right settings, you need to have the absolutely, not perfectionism, but that skill of quality and integrity turned up.

And then in other situations, you need to tone it down a bit.

I notice this a lot in biotech, in startups, because usually the person who started it is a scientist.

They have that integrity.

They have that desire to get everything right and perfect.

And then when they're presenting it to people who know nothing about their science, for example, the venture capitalists, they tend to over explain and over complicate.

And with that, you know, the person who you're talking to is just lost in the detail.

It is.

And I think even very experienced scientists who are used to talking to audiences that are a little bit adjacent to their expertise, they still struggle to get their point across without confusing the audience in complexity.

It absolutely doesn't happen.

I mean, even, I mean, I'm based in Switzerland and

I know for certain that even biotechs that are based here in Switzerland and have mainly people who've worked here and gone to university here, there is a whole range of nationalities in that startup.

They may come from South America, anywhere in Europe, UK, US.

It's huge.

It certainly is.

And I would say, you know, in addition to that, people have said to me, you know, and I speak French and they say, you're such a different personality when you speak French than when you speak English.
