I'm going to make one comment on the voices getting louder.
Absolutely, 100% agree with you there.
In certain quarters of psychology,
or coaching or therapy.
It's like, you know, you put that person to sleep, you put those thoughts to sleep, you banish them or whatever.
And that's never, like you, never worked for me.
It works in a small capacity and in a context which is immediate, right?
Like, you know, I have to put these thoughts and these feelings aside right now in order to be able to move forward.
It works in that way.
But on a long-term basis, eventually, and I can feel, and right now, I can feel that anxiety coming up in my guts.
It's just that, or my upper, or lower thorax, or upper abdominal area, where it starts of, you know, it just gets louder and louder, and more and more impatient that you do, you hear that voice and do something different.
Do something with it.
Find out what it is that is causing you so much grief over this particular issue.
I slightly lost the thread there, but yes, I am.
When you talk about that discomfort, I think where my mind was going actually, and this is why I lost the thread a little bit, is when we get into that pathway of burnout.
Now, I don't work with clients who have burnout.
I think that's a very specific end point to a pathway that we're actually talking about now.
It can start with rumination, right?
And getting more and more into that rumination spiral that eventually starts the pathway down to burnout.
Now, burnout, I think, has two different outcomes.
