You can say I am hungry or I have hunger in German, for example.
And in French, it's the same thing.
You know, I have this rather than I am this.
So that's one language difference, which I think is tantamount to what we're talking about.
Like I am not anxious.
I have anxiety.
And then as another flavor of this from my Buddhist training is that you say anxiety is here.
I have it or I am it, but anxiety is here.
And welcome it.

Absolutely.
Like that's just brought up so much of stuff that I haven't actually thought about that I know that exists and I have experienced myself.
So when you're in a meeting...
that in quite a lot of meetings, you can notice a tension and it might not be a tension between you and somebody else at the meeting around the table.
It may be a tension between two other people.
And then in my personality traits are, I need to sort that tension.
I need to help them move through that tension because I can feel it.
And so I will do something
in the meeting to try and alleviate the tension that I can feel.
