So I heard a few different things on that front from both Gallup and Korn Ferry. matched
The first is that supervisors should really work to connect with their workers and employees and help show that clear path between what you're doing and the purpose that this work has. matched
Kornferry also spoke to this need for clearer expectations for people who work on teams and, you know, making sure that you're following through with support and guidance. matched
I think making sure that these individuals are engaged at the office and feel connected to the broader goals of an organization and of a team, that that could be a good first step. matched
I think the other thing that workers are hoping for as well is that there's some acknowledgement of some of the boundaries that they're setting, that people do want space and time for themselves, and that managers and teams that respect that want may hold on to these individuals for a little bit longer. matched
