And one of them was, Lisa, you're very squeaky.

Because it was just holding me back.

Okay, well, if I'm squeaky and I'm gonna be mocked for it, do I wanna change my squeak or do I wanna embrace being mocked?

So I started to listen to that negative voice.

I call the voice in my head, the critic or the bitch.

right?

She's just mean.

But either way, I'm gonna get in front of the camera.

She's cruel.

She just wants to ridicule me.

So I said, okay, maybe I should just listen.

And so as I started to process that, I said, okay, well, what would it look like if you weren't squeaky?

What is she actually trying to tell me?

And I said, well, that's just me.

Now, in listening, I started to write down, all right, Lisa, you're going to be made fun of on camera.

Okay, well, you wanna show up authentic, you don't wanna pretend, you are squeaky, so I guess you're just gonna have to embrace that some people call you squeaky, great.

Okay, why do I think I'm going to be made fun of on camera?

Well, because people mock

your big nose.

Okay, well, I'm not going to get plastic surgery.
