Hello, I'm Lisa Leong, host of This Working Life.

I'm a non-fiction book nerd.

So my lockdown read is Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport, choosing a focused life in a noisy world.

I was really attracted to this book because I found myself being sucked into a bit of a digital vortex with overuse of my phone and my laptop.

It taught me to maybe more consciously curate the things that I look at.

And as a consequence, I've actually taken social media off my phone.
