And we were able to systematically distill the common DNA of a spiritually supportive pedagogical culture, which would apply to any school.

Shankar, I was at a dinner party with some very, very interesting people who I knew had lived very adventurous, inspired lives.
But once again, the weighty culture of achieving awareness beset our dinner party.

One man said, you know, I felt very distanced from my childhood faith tradition.
This gentleman was gay.
He said I felt sort of cast out.
But I was on a trip in Italy, and there in the piazza, I heard beautiful music from the choir pour through the piazza.
I went into the cathedral, and I felt God's presence in the most abundant way I've ever felt.
