And if you're not used to it because you're used to your your life being the way you have made it over many, many years

and suddenly all of that is gone.

You don't even know what you need.

You don't even know how to ask for what you need.

Staying regulated, I mean staying regulated is is different.

There are so many things that

change so many little things, so many big things.

And if you're someone like me where change is extremely difficult, just you know just doing the menial tasks is hard.

And depending on

Depending on who you lost, again, if it was somebody in your family that you need to take care of the

you know, the funeral or, you know, um cremation part dip part of that.

if you have to deal with life insurance and you have to deal with kind of anything's at their work.

situation, telling people, you know, losing half that income of a of a family and you're dealing with so a lot more paperwork, a lot more people.

You may have to, like I did, have to repair your home, put put it up for sale, uh, relocate.

I mean there's so many different things that are happening and you don't even know

yourself anymore.

You don't even have that.
