So, for example, if the exosomes are used as a slip medium in skin needling very often and those exosomes go in and they get in your skin and they talk to the different cell actions and they allow those things to do what they need to do.
So it's like having a little handyman.
In your skin, essentially.
And you see increased cell turnover and regeneration.
You see quicker wound healing.
You see less redness.
So it's called that anti-inflammatory benefit.
And in our climate and in our environment here, and I think with our stressful lives we have, lots of screen time, all of that, the less inflammation, the better, because that helps everything function better.
It's going to help with that.

And it's in a lot of things, like it's in our retinols now.
It's in some sunscreens.
There's also another version of it called liposomes, which does a slightly different version.
So yeah, there's lots of different things out there, but exosomes are pretty cool.
I think for me, I'm a big gardener.
I absolutely love getting out in the garden.
So at the moment, it's like my favorite time in the whole year because spring's here.
I go out and I'm like, oh, I've got a new seedling.
I've got this and I, you know, have my cup of tea in the morning and water my garden.
