A targeted serum, absolutely.
You know, that's where the active ingredients often come in.

You know, you might choose things like vitamin C or hyaluronic acid, for example, ceramides.
You know, these are all good ingredients.
Moisturiser, absolutely.
It becomes more important actually as we age because a healthy skin barrier is retaining moisture and it's protecting against environmental stress.
It's really good for keeping the skin looking plump and resilient.
I think if your skin is on the dry side, also layering a facial oil underneath your moisturiser is something.

If you're not using a facial oil, then I think that is something perhaps to look at.
And one area that people often forget is the neck and the upper chest.
Really important to include that because it tends to show the signs of ageing quite early because the skin there is thinner.
Believe it or not, we actually want our skin to be thicker.
Thicker skin has more collagen.
It is more resilient and it's plumper and it stays looking smoother for longer.
