What I would do is I would use the local UV index rather than go by just the clock. podcast-host

So when the UV is high, you just need a very short exposure before covering up or moving into the shade. podcast-host

And I would also suggest having a look online for some of the apps. podcast-host

Things like My Circadian or DMinder. podcast-host

I think they're hugely helpful because you just pop into the app where you are in the world, what time of day it is, how much skin you're exposing, what the cloud cover is like, and it works out very cleverly how much video. podcast-host

So and then you can adjust it for yourself and it just gives you a little bit more control. podcast-host

So, you know, obviously never stay out long enough for your skin to redden or burn. podcast-host

I would say about SPF a hundred, to me, to me, frankly, it's not worth it. podcast-host

You know, there's only a very small additional increase in the UVB filtration over properly applied podcast-host

SPF fifty or even SPF thirty or forty. podcast-host
